ITPC will provide support as needed.hould one want to share information without publicizing it, just send it to: itpcchina@gmail.com (4) ITPC Bulletin - Sharing of information and successful experiences of HIV/AIDS treatment and advocacy in and outside China from members publishing and mailing to ITPC Bulletin. 3. Preparation Members can set priorities for advocacy activities in their working area through discussion on the communication platforms; they can then form a team, develop the working plans and select key volunteers based on the priorities identified. They can submit all of this as an application for approval to itpcchina@gmail.com. Resources will only be allocated once the application is approved. 4. Implementing the work plans The implementing team must (is supposed to) share its progress (working) with all members periodically via e-mail. 5. Evaluation and Conclusion Once all the work is completed, the implementing team will be dissolved after handing over the (work) reports to all the members who will evaluate its effectiveness and outcome. |
